720S 在外型上擁有符合空氣力學而打造的流線線條，內部更採用全新的「Monocage II」碳纖維單體式座艙結構，讓整輛車僅有 1,283 公斤重 的輕量化車重，在「ProActive Chassis Cintrol II」主動式四輪液壓連動懸吊系統的輔助下，提供了 Comfort、Sport，與 Track 三種駕馭模式，若想甩尾的話，Variable Drift Control 動態甩尾控制系統，一定能讓滿足你對操控與速度的渴望。

動力方面，搭載原廠代號為 M840T 的 4.0L V8 Biturbo 引擎，具備 720hp/7,200rpm 最大馬力、78.5kgm/5,500rpm 峰值扭力，搭配七速雙離合SSG變速器箱、後輪驅動配置，從靜止加速至時速一百、兩百、三百公里分別僅需2.9秒、7.8秒、21.4秒，極速更上探 341km/h。
