【烘培筆記】蜂蜜蒸布丁 ♥

作法

牛奶煮至冒小泡後熄火

蛋、細砂糖、蜂蜜及香草精拌勻,邊沖入牛奶邊攪拌均勻

將布丁液用篩網過濾後,倒入布丁模中,並用鋁箔紙封住杯口

取一蒸鍋放上鐵網架,擺上布丁杯,在鍋中倒入適量熱水(熱水量需至布丁杯的一半)

中小火煮10分鐘後關火,再以餘溫悶10-15分鐘即可
