優格生乳酪

這是一道非常適合夏日的小甜品
而且不需要用到烤箱
就可以做出來囉!
吃起來優格與乳酪搭配
酸酸甜甜的滋味
一不小心就會吃掉兩三杯!
作法

先將吉利丁片剪小片,泡冷水備用。

將奶油乳酪切小塊,加入牛奶,開小火隔水加熱攪拌到沒有顆粒,需要一段時間要稍微攪拌久一點!

攪拌好之後加入細砂糖與優格攪拌均勻關火。

把步驟一泡軟後的吉利丁片水瀝乾,加入攪拌好的步驟三,攪拌均勻待涼。

入模,差不多可以做九杯左右,放入冰箱冷藏3-5小時就可以吃
