照烧素排

[size=5]面粉 (all-purpose flour) 2大匙 (tbsp) [/size]

[size=5]照烧酱 (teriyaki sauce) 4大匙 (tbsp) [/size]
[size=5]老抽 (dark soy sauce)1大匙 (tbsp) [/size]
[size=5]味醂 (Mirin) 2大匙 (tbsp)[/size]
[size=5]做法[/size]
[size=5]1) 土豆去皮切块,加水煮15分钟至软,取出压泥。加盐,白胡椒粉和1大匙面粉,捣匀后分成四等分; [/size]
[size=5]2) 豆包挤干水分,上面撒一层薄薄的面粉。均匀铺上薯泥,压实做成素鳗身; [/size]
[size=5]3) 素鳗入油锅,小火把两面各煎4-5分钟成金色,放在厨纸上吸去多余油份; [/size]
[size=5]4) 照烧汁用微波炉高火叮半分钟至热,均匀刷在素鳗两面,豆包面朝下静至10~15分钟,使素鳗吸透汁水; [/size]
[size=5]5) 豆包面放一小匙熟面糊,用手指涂匀后铺上海苔,海苔光滑的那面朝下。吃时切段,撒白芝麻。[/size]
