红烧燕液翅

[size=4]用料主料:水发牙拣翅500g。配料:水发碎燕150g。调料:姜汁45g,料酒40g,二汤200g,上汤1250g,精盐5g,味精2g,鸡粉5g,生粉50g,胡椒粉1/3g。[/size]

[size=4](1)水发牙拣翅500g加姜汁25g、料酒20g焯水;[/size]
[size=4](2)水发燕窝加姜汁20g焯水,锅中放上汤1250g,放入鱼翅,燕窝,加精盐5g、料酒20g、味精2g、鸡粉2g,试味后,勾芡,撒胡椒粉即好。[/size]
